Renter does not have an SSN or ITIN

If the renter does not yet have a Tax ID (SSN or ITIN), they can still fund their deposit with Whale using their international tax ID (which is often their passport number).


Have the resident select "Use International Tax ID" on the SSN or ITIN step. If they're having trouble, please have them reach out to support@gowhale.com.
