What if a renter needs additional help?
If a renter is having trouble completing their deposit request, please have them contact Whale so we can assist.
Here's how renters can get in touch with us:
- You can add support@gowhale.com to your existing email thread with the renter. We'll jump in and take it from there.
- Have the renter email support@gowhale.com.
- Have the renter engage with our contact beacon when logged into their Whale account or going through the account setup process (see screenshot below).
