Deposit request reminders

After the initial deposit request, Whale automatically sends regular email and SMS reminders to the renter to complete their deposit requirement. The reminders continue for 24 days after the initial invite or 14 days after the lease start date, whichever is later.

Whale also sends a notification email to each property that has security deposits 7 days or more overdue so you can also push the renter to complete their deposit requirement (or cancel the deposit if it's no longer required).
