Requesting a deposit

PMS integtations

For properties with a PMS integration, deposit requests are sent automatically—no need for you to do anything.

Manual integrations

Follow these steps to request a new deposit:

  1. Log in to Whale Admin
  2. Click the “+” button
  3. Fill out the information request and click "Submit Move-In"

Whale will immediately send the deposit request to the renter.
