Send a deposit request reminder

Whale Portal users can send a reminder to any renter with a deposit having a Requested status to complete their deposit request. Here's how:

  1. Log into Whale Portal
  2. Find their lease on the "Deposits" page
  3. Click the “···” menu and select “Send reminder”

A reminder will be sent to the renter immediately.
