Minimum info required to request deposit

Whale requires certain information before it can request the security deposit for a new move-in. For example, if Whale is missing a screening decision for a tenant with a Future or Current status, we will send a notification to the property alerting you that we cannot send the deposit request until it is provided. 

Required data

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Unit
• Screening decision
• Application submitted date
• Application approved date or lease signed date (depending on property's "When to invite" configuration)

Potentially required data

• Monthly rent (if the renter's deposit is based on a multiple of monthly rent based on the property's deposit amount settings)
