Change deposit amount manually

Here's how you can change a Whale deposit amount:

Deposit not yet paid

1. Log in to Whale Portal
2. Navigate to “Deposits” to find the lease
3. Click into the lease to view the deposits
4. Click the “···” menu, select “Edit Deposit Amount”
5. Enter the new amount and click submit.

Once submitted, Whale will automatically send an updated request to the renter.

Deposit already paid

If the deposit has already been paid, please contact support@gowhale.com to request an additional deposit.
