Most states require deposits be returned to renters within a certain amount of time after they vacate the unit. For properties integrated with their PMS, Whale helps you stay compliant by sending a notification if the financial move-out has not been completed 3 days before the state deadline.

If you receive this notification, please inspect the unit and finalize the FMO statement ASAP so Whale can unlock the deposit before the deadline.
