Add properties and units to Whale

Yardi

Follow the instructions in our Yardi integration docs to add additional properties to the ILS Guest Card and Billing & Payments interfaces.

Once the additional properties have been added, contact support@gowhale.com to run a sync to download the new properties. After syncing, you'll be able to configure the property settings in Whale Admin.

Entrata

In Entrata, go to Apps >> API access and search for Whale. Click to edit the integration and on the Properties step, click "Add" to add the additional properties Whale will be supporting and click "Save".

Once the additional properties have been added, contact support@gowhale.com to run a sync to download the new properties. After syncing, you'll be able to configure the property settings in Whale Admin.

Please contact support@gowhale.com for help adding additional properties to your integration.

Manual integrations

For manual integrations, please add your properties and units to the template below and send to support@gowhale.com. We'll add the properties to your Whale account so you can add additional information, like bank account. Once configured, you'll be able to send new deposit requests for the new units.
