Adding Whale vendor packages to Yardi

Whale's vendor package needs to be added to your Yardi instance and your plug-ins need to be updated to the minimum supported versions. Please enter a Yardi support ticket requesting the following:

  1. Update the following interfaces to the minimum supported plug-in versions:
    • Interfaces PIv28.3
    • Common Data PIv25
    • Billing & Payments PIv18
    • ILS Guest Card Plv29.1
  2. Add Whale's vendor package (goWhale) to your Billing & Payments interface
  3. Add Whale's vendor package (Whale ILS) to your ILS Guest Card Interface
