Whale Admin Permissions
Whale Admin supports different permission levels so you can control who has access to each property and what actions they can take. Below is an overview of how permissions work and how to invite users.
Invite a Whale Admin user
Follow these instructions to give a user access to Whale Admin:
- From the Integrations or Properties page, click "Roles and Permissions"
- Click "Invite Team"
- Select "Integration" to manage permissions at the integration level or choose "Select Properties" to limit access to certain properties
- Choose which Integration or Properties to give the user access to
- Select the permission level (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
- Click "Invite"
Permission levels
Whale Admin users may have Super Admin, Admin, Editor, or Viewer access. Super Admins must have full access to all integrations and properties within an account. Other permission levels may be assigned at the integration or property level.
Here's an overview of each permission level:
