Change 3rd party deposit selection (Entrata)

If the applicant did not select the 3rd party deposit alternative option when completing their application, the property will need to update their selection to 3rd party deposit option = "Selected".

Whale cannot update the status from Pending to Active until 3rd party is selected.

Here's how to update the selection:

• If Lease Status = Applicant, click "View Application" on the Lead Summary tab and navigate to the Financial tab. Update their deposit selection at the bottom of the page and click "Save & Close".
• If Lease Status = Future or Current, click "Deposits Held" on the Financial tab. Then, click the "Deposit Options" dropdown and select "Switch to 3rd Party Deposit".
